TP-Link CAP300 300Mbps Wireless N Ceiling Mount Access Point offers enhanced wireless network connectivity supporting data transfer rates of up to 300 Mb/s. In addition to 2.4 GHz connectivity, this access point also supports the 802.11n Wi-Fi network standard allowing nearly any Wi-Fi enabled device to connect to the network.
Installation of the CAP300 access point is simple as it comes with mounting options to attach it to either the wall or the ceiling. Regardless of where you mount it, the minimalist design of this AP keeps it out of sight and out of mind. To assist in the installation process, TP-Link designed this AP to support the 802.3af PoE network standard so it can derive its power directly from the network. Along with simplified installation, configuration has also been streamlined thanks to a variety of features including captive portal authentication, support for multiple SSIDs, and enterprise-class Wi-Fi security.
