Panasonic KX-NS500 PBX system can connect customers to the appropriate section or operator according to their query in call routing with voice guidance. It can also prompt the customers to leave a voice message when the operator is away.

KX-NS500 PBX System can be expanded to a voice mail system that can record a maximum of 24 channels at the same time and store up to 400 hours. It also sends an e-mail to notify users when they have new voice messages. The messages can also be received as attachment files and forwarded. E-mail notification can also be sent for missed calls where the customer did not leave a message, enabling users to quickly communicate.

Panasonic KX-NS500 incorporates mobile telephony, desk-based phones, and highly configurable voicemail systems to ensure that staff stays connected, wherever they’re working. Combined, they improve functionality, reduce costs, simplify administration and enhance customer service.

KX-NS500 PBX system includes an advanced call routing without an external CTI server, enabling voice guidance for customers, conversation recording, ACD reports, and use NAS (Network Attached Storage). Panasonic telephony software uses new and intuitive PC based screen applications with a variety of collaboration tools to simplify and enhance real-time communications. Panasonic KX-NS5174 is a 16-port SLT card that adds up to 16 analog internal lines. The card has been designed to work with network servers KX-NS500, KX-NS700, shelf expansions KX-NS520 & KX-NS720. The device allows you to connect 16 additional internal analog devices.

The card incorporates caller ID feature standard on all ports FSK. It also comes with a message waiting for indication feature on all ports. The card comes equipped with 4 RJ45 slots.
